Bootfairs Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you have read the terms below prior to booking a
pitch.
- Tables can be booked by contacting the Boot
Fair Booking Agent
- The pitch fee must be paid in advance to
secure a table
- The car park is the property of Medway
Council, and its use is at your own risk. Twydall Community Centre accepts no responsibility for damage caused to vehicles
- It is the responsibility of the stall
holder to take into account potential weather or other events that may impact footfall on the day
- Stall holder must arrive to set up prior to
the Boot Fair opening to the public
- The selling of alcohol, tobacco, vapes or
anything prohibited by law is not permitted
- The stall holder must remove any rubbish
generated at their table and not leave it at the hall
- Refreshments are available to purchase at the
cafe. All allergies are the responsibility of the public not Twydall Community Centre
- Pitch fee refunds will not be entertained
once the booking has been confirmed
- Payment of a table is acceptance of these terms and
conditions
