Bootfairs Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read the terms below prior to booking a pitch.

Tables can be booked by contacting the Boot Fair Booking Agent
The pitch fee must be paid in advance to secure a table
The car park is the property of Medway Council, and its use is at your own risk. Twydall Community Centre accepts no responsibility for damage caused to vehicles
It is the responsibility of the stall holder to take into account potential weather or other events that may impact footfall on the day
Stall holder must arrive to set up prior to the Boot Fair opening to the public
The selling of alcohol, tobacco, vapes or anything prohibited by law is not permitted
The stall holder must remove any rubbish generated at their table and not leave it at the hall
Refreshments are available to purchase at the cafe. All allergies are the responsibility of the public not Twydall Community Centre
Pitch fee refunds will not be entertained once the booking has been confirmed
Payment of a table is acceptance of these terms and conditions
